Understanding Your Diet

In order to give ourselves the best possible chance of leading long, healthy lives, it is vital that we enjoy a balanced, nutritious diet. While diet and nutrition are terms that are closely associated, it is important to realise they are not interchangeable.

When we refer to a diet, we are talking about the foods we consume on a day-to-day basis. A healthy diet should consist of plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish and poultry. A poor diet will comprise foods that are high in cholesterol, saturated fats, salt and added sugar.

Whether you are looking to lose fat, gain muscle or just want to look and feel healthier then our nutrition course is for you!

Our worldwide recognized qualification is broken down into a 13-week course where you will examine and explore the fundamentals of nutrition. You will discover what DOES and DOESN’T work when it comes to your nutrition.
